Hilarious but true!
I find that it's also the case that the more times someone says something to more it's becomes "fact".
Take the Project Scope Statement for example, it's amazing how many times it gets "re-interpreted" which then becomes "fact" even though in most definitions it would be called the Causes of Scope Creep!
